Are there products that a customer cannot return?

Yes. All Grow Garden does not accept the return of liquids and any nutrients that have been opened.

Can I return a product?

Yes! To return a product, you have to first contact to give your order number and the justification for the return.  Then we will forward you a shipping label that you will have to print. Afterward, we will guide you on the steps that you should follow.

How many days does a customer have to return a product?

You can only return a product within 30 days after receiving your order.

Must the product be in perfect condition?

For All Grow Garden to accept the return of products, they must be in flawless condition. The returned products must: Bear all the original tags and labels. Be unused and in the original packaging. Be as tidy as it was when It was initially shipped. If the returned products do not meet all the above-mentioned conditions upon inspection, All Grow Garden has the right to decline the return and ship back the product to the customer at their cost. Also, we may impose restocking charges at our discretion.
