Shipping Information & Questions
At All Grow Garden & Distribution, we utilize our delivery partners to make sure your ordered products will be delivered across Canada. All shipments prepared by All Grow Garden & Distribution will also be provided with a tracking number from our delivery partners.
When your order has been dispatched, you will get an email update containing details of the delivery alongside the order number.
All Grow Garden & Distribution ships orders through the following logistic companies: Canada Post and FedEx.
We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses. In the event that you enter a PO box for your transportation address, All Grow Garden & Distribution will contact you to provide a alternative delivery address.
Kindly note that the tracking number is subject to updates between 1 to 3 business days after your order has been dispatched.
All purchases made through us come with discreet shipping.
In-Store Pick-Up of Online Order
We offer in-store pick up of online orders to all customers who are able to do so. During online check-out, please select the available IN-STORE PICK-UP option. Once your order is received with this selected option, our staff will begin preparing your order and once it is ready, you will receive an email confirming your order is Ready for Pick-Up at our Markham distribution centre!
We also welcome in-store shopping in our showroom as well, please don’t be shy to visit!
At All Grow Garden & Distribution, we only sell and ship out what is in-stock in our facility. We do not do drop shipments, nor do we process your order on items that are not in-stock. There are occasions when human and/or computer errors may occur, but rest assured we will fully refund your payment should item(s) cannot be guaranteed delivered to you!
We strive to prepare your order as quick as possible however your order may be subject to 3 up to 5 business days of Handling Time before it is shipped.
Note that as a result of the current circumstances our delivery handling time may encounter some delay.

2 to 5 business days for Ontario, Manitoba and Quebec
3 to 10 business days for other Canadian Provinces.

Unfortunately due to increasing fuel costs and overweight limitations from our delivery partners, we strive to provide the best cost effective shipping costs to your destination. Our current Free Shipping Policy (before Tax) is based on the destination and weight (maximum weight of 30kg) of your order for the following provinces:

- Free Shipping on orders over $99.00
- Saskatchewan, Albert & British Columbia
- Free Shipping on orders over $149.00
- Yukon, Northwest Territories & Nunavut
- Please Contact Us prior to submitting your order so we can verify shipping to your destination is available from FedEx or Canada Post.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are only providing shipping within Canada.
How many days should I wait for my shipment to arrive?
The time it takes to ship products differ. Canada is big! However, as a general rule, if you live in Toronto, it should only take 2 to 5 business days. For other provinces, the waiting period ranges from 3 to 10 business days. Please note that the Handling Time before your order is shipped could take from 3 up to 5 business days.
Is it normal to only receive a part of my order?
Depending on the size and weight of your order, some items may not always arrive on the same day or be in the same packaging. You will be provided with tracking numbers should your order require multiple parcels. Worry not! Do not hesitate to contact us in case of any questions.
What should I do if one or several products are missing or damaged?
Delivered package(s) must be opened and inspected within 72-hours of receiving your items and ensure that you send us an image of the package and damaged item(s) as it was received and indicate your order number. What if something I am looking for is not in-stock or not listed?
We are always receiving shipment of inventory from our brand partners weekly however if there is something not shown in-stock online or there is something in particular you are looking for, please do not hesitate to email us (email@example.com) with your inquiry and we will be happy to assist you with your search!
